USCG Certified Drug Testing available nationwide at most Lab Corp or Quest Diagnostic Labratories .
This test is a urine test which is done according to the strict regulations required by the U S Coast Guard for testing and chain of custody licensing requirements. This test is required if you are not already subject to a USCG required random drug testing for a marine employer or are not already enrolled in a USCG recognized drug consortium and are applying for your initial license or renewing your current license.
The drug test forms are sent by USPS directly to you. You only have to call the lab or your choice, make an appointment, show up and present the form to the laboratory. The drug test form that I mail to you is prepaid. You will receive the drug test form results directly from the drug consortium. This is the form you send to the coast guard with your application.
